Chelsea Green was a partial remediation project completed for BC Housing encompassing 9 separate buildings.  Our experienced plasters made the old “face sealed” texture match well with the new rain screen stucco. A well done tricky trowel finish blends in to the non-repaired areas. Vinyl siding was also replaced in a targeted repair plan in cooperation with the engineers plans blending the old with the new.   Completed December 2011.
