Governor’s Tower consisted of a 32 story high-rise and a mid-rise building. This project encompassed a steel girt rain screen system using the Cascadia clips with Roxul insulation, this remediation increased the R value for the entire building. Stucco was finished with Imasco’s FlexCoat Acrylic. Completed February  2011.
